Just attended the Open Mic and got some truly helpful information. However, I failed to post my questions in the right area, in 'New Topic' as Opposed to 'Response'... Tried to fetch them from here and could not, anyway here goes:

The LotusScript debugger is excellent, one can set up break points and so on, drill down field values, it is super efficient. The Java debugger however does not have such functionality. Looks like there’s a plug-in we can use to allow the Open Source version Eclipse to debug DDE Java code.
Question:
1. Can one use such a plug for the Eclipse side of the current 8.5.1 (or 8.5.2) to allow the same functionality and debug JavaBean/Servlet code?
Comment:
There seems to be helpful information on the Internet if developers have a need to debug Xpages. However, server configuration is necessary, permission developers do not have most times
Question:
1. How can we debug Xpages from DDE without doing any extra work,
2. If this is not available, will the next version of DDE support debugging for Xpages
Comment:
Xpages allow us functionality beyond measure; I want to be able to write own code within the backing bean that gets generated, just as one would for JSF. If I do that, the code stays put until I refire DDE, it vanishes…
Question:
1. Is there a way to make the code stay put, or do I need to write a separate backing bean to manage Xpages
